International Evaluation of Project Performance Drivers

Our current research includes a three-year, federally funded initiative with the University Technology Sydney and the University of Newcastle to create best practice benchmarking tools for project governance.

What is the objective?

Our research aims to identify:

  • The principal governance approaches that drive project performance
  • The impact and importance of these governance approaches given the types of projects undertaken by your organisation; and
  • International best practises to leverage in your organisation.

How will this benefit you?

As a participating organisation, you will receive a report that provides a picture of those governance approaches that matter for the types of projects that your organisation carries out. It will provide a better understanding of drivers of project success as a foundation for identifying and driving specific improvement initiatives.

You will also receive your exclusive invitation to the international industry forum to be held in Sydney in 2012, which you can attend either in person or via video conference.

Furthermore, you will receive an advanced copy of the overall research report.
